The Union Township Board of Zoning Appeals

will hold a public hearing on

September 30, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.

at the

Union Township Complex

1380 Beaver Run Road

Hebron, Ohio 43025.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Conditional Use Application submitted by Kishna Bathini for property located at

1400 Hayes Road,

Granville, Union Township, Ohio.

The application requests approval of a conditional use pursuant to Article XVI, Section 16.30 – Places of Assembly, of the Union Township Zoning Resolution. The proposed use is for a wedding and event center on the property.

 The hearing is open to the public.
